Small Business Roundtable Discussions provide a forum for business leaders to come together to network, discuss business issues, needs, and success stories, local government plans, legislation and regulations impacting our business community today and/or the potential to do so in the future, community resources, strategies for sales, referrals and networking, shoulder and off-season business drivers and planning, recruiting and employment opportunities and concerns.
Business After Hours Events provide an opportunity for members to make valuable new business contacts in a relaxed social setting. Training workshops are offered for our member business owners and staff, and include topics such as networking, sales, business planning, human resources, recruiting, compliance, customer service, time management and retirement. We add workshops continually based on our members’ input.
Our Business Expo is the BIGGEST and most anticipated business-to-business networking event, trade show, and job fair. Don’t miss this great opportunity to build new business relationships, exchange ideas, shop for new vendors and learn from other industry experts. Hosted for over 20 years, the Currituck Small Business Expo is held in March each year.
The Currituck Chamber Spring Social and Dinner and Dance is the gala of the year! This event provides an evening of wonderful live music, open bar, amazing food and dancing. The evening also includes a silent auction with a portion of the proceeds supporting local non-profits.
We kick off our fall events each year with our annual golf tournament, rotating among our member courses. This is a fun day on the course, and a great way to network and advertise your business!

Currituck Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors serve as liaisons between the business owners and the Chamber. Committee members act as front line representatives for the Chamber at public and Chamber sponsored events and activities. Ambassadors have the opportunity to play a pivotal role assisting with the promotion, support and development of various Chamber sponsored events and networking such as:
Ambassadors act as champions and proponents for the Chamber and its members by promoting their goods and services to other members and potential members, providing leads and information about new businesses, business expansions, closings, change of location or ownership, additional services and job openings.
