Rose & Womble Realty has moved their Moyock office to 378 Caratoke Highway. Van Rose, Chief Operating Officer, announced the company purchased the building last month and renovations are in progress.
Cindy Mayberry, Managing Broker of the office, stated that the move was necessary “to accommodate the expanding team of REALTORS® working in our northeastern North Carolina location. Last week we welcomed the Kim Old Team to the Rose & Womble family. Kim Old is a lifelong Currituck County resident with over 20 years of experience. We couldn’t be more excited about having the team on board.”
In addition to Kim, the team includes 7 more agents servicing clients in the Albemarle area of North Carolina -- Paul Garrett, Gela Johnston, Randy Naylor, Linda Old, Amy Perry, Rick Uhl and Nicole Carver. Their over 100 years of combined experience covers all facets of real estate development, sales and service with special expertise in new home communities.
